day 4

i did not post yesterday, too busy… guests came and all that… overly, day 4 was a successful diet day.

breakfast = green, red pepper. (100 calories)

lunch = tea, water,(0 calories)

dinner = seaweed. (30calories)

 Excercise= 250 calories

BTW, i have a feeling my matabolism droped.

TOTAL : 36494- (800+250-130) = 35 574

Diet Pills

I am thinking of starting diet pills, the weight is just not comming off so easily, i am ranging around 125~127. I NEED to break free of my zone. What can i do???

i am thinking of sneeking to the drug mart tomorrow, to get some pills. I don’t know how well it is going to work… but i have been doing reserch on diet pills for sometime already. In my believe, diet patch would work much better than the pill, since it is not going In to the body. Diet pills will effect my mind, thinking, i don’t know what to do!!

I Can’t Stand It, Can’t!!!!

today, i binged, ate like crazy around 7:00, oatmeal, bread, chocolate cookies, ice cream, bacon, cereal, green pepper… i piged out on Everything. from my first bit to the last, i Know i have to puke after, but i just couldn’t stop myself from the food, sweets. I drank water between bites, from my first to the last. After, i went to the bath room and puked. I can’t stand it, no. so… here is my food diary for today:

Breakfast= 2hand full of cereal. (50 calories)

lunch= 2 handful cereal, spicy veggies (70 calories)

Supper= 4 peppers,(132 calories)  binged (300 calories)

excercise= 200 calories. + daily burn calories = 1000

TOTAL:    37122-(1000+200-50-70-132-300)= 36494

2nd day

alight, i weighted myself. i weight 126 LB.  

i extimated that i weighted 230.. so, that is 4 pounds lighter.

 52500 – 14000 = 38500

 2nd day:

break fast = spicy juice, 1 tb spoon   (water water water)

lunch = herb square[5 calories]    (water water water)

dinner= …….. more herb squares      (water water water , tea)

 i ate about 50 calories today,  according to reserach, a person burns about 1000 calories everyday, (sitting, doing nothing)  im going to play badminton later today, for about two hours, i well count that as 100 minutes (breaks and stuff)   so, that is 428 calories burned.

TOTAL FOR TODAY

38500-(1000+428-50)=37122

Breakfast– green peper (or less) [33 calories] + very spicy soup/sauce [30 calories]

 Lunch — Tea, water, diet coke [0 calories]

Dinner — NOTHING!!!

workout =  running [200 calories]

intake= 63

burn= 200

total= [-137]

52500-137= 52363

STARVING DIET DON’T WORK! DON’T TRY IT!!!!! MY CRAVINGS ARE KILLING ME!!!!

I am going to start another diet paln…. RAW FOOD DIET. i heard green peper is good for dieting and weight loss, so i am going to try it for about a week or so.

so, my goal for this comming week is going to be… Eat green peper, 1 for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

New Website!

I have been reading about anorexia, bulimia and those sorts of stuff. I have tryed everything from suggestions to tips, in heart to reach my goal. They suggested in making a website, to write my daily calorie intake something, or was it the dairy.. nyway, i decided it would be fun blogging a website. Here i well be recording about my food, the way i diet and i look for support. Please comment.

ps. for the background/i just thought the name sounded like “banana”
